As many of you know, the Hatboro Rotary Club is partnering with us in our Philippines project in an effort to secure over $10,000 in funding for the project. We are very fortunate to have their assistance. The vast majority of their funds are raised by their annual “Lobster Pot” fundraiser. This year, the event is being held as follows:

Lobster and Steak will be served (your choice). The price for tickets is $35.00 per person. The dress for this event is causal and will take place rain or shine. There will be take-out dinners available in the event of inclement weather.

Last year there were over 800 people served at this event and it was blast. They are also looking for some additional volunteers to help out so please let Matt Rutt (contact info below) know if you are able and willing.

Matt would like to get them a commitment by the end of day MONDAY 8/30 as to who form our club will attend (Matt will coordinate tix and payment) and who is willing to also volunteer. So please respond to MATT RUTT mrutt@landcoreconsulting.com) with the # of tickets you want and if you are willing to volunteer at the event (and for what hours).
